- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

- Approval & Shipping – Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
